Had dinner at Kruse & Muer, not our first visit. Food is delicious each time. I had Charley’s Chowder and Panroast. My husband had the perch dinner and jumbo shrimp for an appetizer. My son had calamari and lobster and shrimp macaroni. Kruse & Muer never disappoints.

Thus was my first visit to this location, but I go to Kruse frequently. I had their lobster bisque for the first time, as it's seasonal and wow. I've never enjoyed lobster bisque like theirs. I like the ambiance and their food is great.

What a delicious late lunch/early dinner. It had been years since eating at Kruse & Muer & they did not disappoint! We enjoyed the Gazpacho & Charlie’s chowder & Oyster Rockefeller. For dinner we had the blackened Salmon and Seafood Panroast (so yum) !! Our server Savannah was FANTASTIC !! She checked on us many times, she answered questions from us & if anything was amiss she did her best to resolve. It was a bit loud in the restaurant from the patrons. It may not be the place for serious conversations. But if you are looking for serious flavors, food & service YES It was worth the 50 min drive there. . Thanks.

No reservations. Just happen to stop and grab a taste. Service was excellent. Actually I was a bit surprised that the prices were decent. According to the name being known as an uppity spot. Fruity cobbler was very sweet and delicious. Maurice salad enough for two plus. I had the lobster shrimp rice meal. It was good. Not a huge portion. But enough to satisfy. The stick of bread TO DIE FOR. Actually a salad and bread was filling. Lots of chatter going on Nice restaurant for date night Pics below.

The food was really good and they were very accommodating to our large party of over 20 people for a company promotion meeting. The oysters were cold but I think it was bc they had one server for us which I understood they still needed the other waitresses to staff the other side of the restaurant. Justice was really good! She did all she could! I hadn’t been a few years but the food is always great, especially their house bread! Their pizza is one of the best things on their menu surprisingly. That jerk chicken pizza is unmatched! Now I want to grab that as a carryout this week. Lol

Kruse & Muer is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots—I’ve been three times since Thanksgiving, and honestly, I’m not mad about it. This time, I decided to dine in and get the full experience. Even on a busy Friday night, we were seated pretty quickly. The dim lighting and cozy seating gave the place a warm, tucked-away vibe that I really enjoyed. Of course, the meal kicked off with their signature herb bread and butter. And let me tell you—the bread is everything. Crispy on the outside, packed with flavor, and dangerously easy to keep eating. For an appetizer, I went with the crab cakes. The flavor was good, but the inside was a little too soft for my taste. Drink-wise, I had a lemon drop, which was perfectly balanced, and a seasonal cocktail that was also solid. For my main dish, I ordered the lobster and shrimp fettuccine. It was...okay. I’d give it a 6.5/10. The sauce was flavorful, but the noodles seemed overcooked and a little dry. We also tried the jerk chicken pizza. Normally, BBQ sauce on pizza isn’t my thing, but this one was surprisingly good. The sauce was sweet and tangy, and while it wasn’t my order, I’d rate it an 8/10. But the real winner was the crust—this place knows how to do bread, hands down. My all-time favorites here, though, are the Seafood Panroast and Charley’s Chowder. If you go, definitely give those a try—they’re what keep me coming back. And let’s talk about the price. Appetizers, drinks, entrees, and tip came to under 200 for two people, which honestly isn’t bad for the quality and experience. If you haven’t been to Kruse & Muer yet, I’d definitely recommend checking it out. And whatever you do, don’t skip the bread!
